Mohan Jakkula himself underwent ketogenic diet plan with intermittent fasting and lost 14 Kgs of weight and came out of metabolic issues that most of us are heaving due to our food and feeding habits.

I want to tell a few things about myself before I start talking about the diet.

"I am a biology student and studied Animal Science for 4 Years as part of my professional graduation under SV veterinary university. I have studied biology of many aquatic animals especially their Physiology. I have studied about their Endocrine System, Cardio Vascular System, Digestive System and all other systems during my graduation"

On top of that I have done extensive research on this diet I am going to talk about and I have lost around 14Kgs in less than 3 months. After doing lot of research with the knowledge I have on animal physiology.

I thought of sharing my knowledge and experience with people so that it will help them.
